The North American Tiddlywinks Association T i d d l y w i n k s ! |
In August and September 1962, eight winkers from Oxford University in England toured the United States, playing winks against college teams and other quickly-assembled teams. Oxford's tour of the US left a lasting impact... the jump-start of intercollegiate play in the US in 1962. In December 1962, winks at Harvard made Life magazine... one of the most prominent US magazines at that time.
